These activities include the processes related to the Warehouse Operation.
Comply with all MOM policies and procedures and work instructions.
o Monitor the compliance of all MOM policies and procedures by warehouse personnel.
o Responsible for reviewing of working instructions.
o Coordinate the day to day activities of material handlers to maintain the warehouse processes.
o Identify and conduct training needs of warehouse material handlers.
o Communicate warehouse information to customer personnel.
o Conduct disciplinary sessions and actions if needed for material handlers.
o Communicate performance evaluation on warehouse material handlers to Management.
o Monitor and maintain the productivity and efficiency of warehouse material handlers.
o Conduct the corrective action process CRNC.
o Report and provide daily feedback to management.
o Provide professional and courteous service to the customer.
oOperate WH systems SAP and LISA Comply with work and overtime schedule o Any other duty assigned by management.
