Key Responsibilities (Including, but not Limited):
Works with the Recruiting & Quality Assurance & Improvement Team
Makes sure all interpreter credentials and documentation is up-to-date and accurate
Identifies incomplete files and takes corrective action to obtain all required documents
Contacts sub-contractors by phone and email to request re-submission of paperwork or submission of new paperwork
Converts all sub-contractors paper records and documentation to electronic files
Maintains accurate record of all required credentials, quality expectations and requirements for all sub-contractors.
Insures that sub-contractors meet the minimum qualifications and comply with all paperwork requirements
Responsible for updating, maintaining, and cleaning databases and for the provision of computerized Excel reports of these data
Creates Excel reports and pivot tables to submit to management for Quality Control
Inputs daily data
Provides recommendations to improve efficiency
Answers phones
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Key Requirements
Associates Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Advance Excel Knowledge, Pivot Tables and Reports
Data entry experience
Type 50+ WPM
Advanced skills in Microsoft computer programs and database management
Demonstrates high professionalism and ethical standards, this position processes sensitive and confidential information
Must be assertive and feel comfortable when calling to request documentation
Ability to manage and meet deadlines independently
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Superior customer service skills
Sales or Collection experience a plus, but not required
This position requires background check

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
