Manufacturing Manager

Assume responsibility for all production operations, coordinate and supervise all activities concerned with manufacturing floor activities for production, maintenance and quality to fulfill the production schedule.
Responsibilities:
?? Fulfill schedule of customer requirements and coordinate plant activities through planning with Shift Coordinators to insure the manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner.
?? Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, maintenance and operational reports to determine improvement opportunities & causes of nonconformity with product specifications, operating or production issues.
?? Develop and implements operating methods and procedures designed to improve operating effectiveness & product quality: accurate production reporting, bill of materials, inventory activity.
?? Ensure the promotion of customer & quality focus throughout the organization.
?? Ensure customer quality & delivery expectations are met or exceeded.
?? There will also be many other responsibilities around HR and Managing
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Physical Demands required are regular use of hands & fingers to handle, feel and talk or hear. This position
Is also required to stand walk sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel crouch, or crawl. Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs with regular lifting of up to 10lbs will be required. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Flexibility: This position requires flexibility with special situations that may require after regular hours phone
Calls or assignments. Some overnight or same day business travel may be required.
Qualifications:
?? Bachelor??s degree preferred
?? 3-5 years production supervision experience
?? Strong knowledge of plastics processing and tooling
?? Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others with ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to balance & achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost
and employee relations.
?? Measurement of performance to goals and standards
?? Ability to plan ahead, over a thirty-day time span and prepare action plans to achieve results
?? Systems and continuous improvement orientation
?? 8D Problem analysis tools & resolution: 5-Y, Fish Bone Diagram, Read Across, & Pareto Chart
?? Strong interpersonal, communication skills & team oriented

Salary: $50k - 70k per year + none

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
