The St. Clair Inn is an Independent Boutique Hotel in the exclusive Tribute Portfolio, located in St. Clair Michigan which is undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation of the entire property set to reopen this coming spring/summer 2019. Commanding sweeping views of the St. Clair River & Canada, The St. Clair Inn has been a fixture in historic St. Clair since 1926. Paying homage to the Gilded Age of refined hospitality alongside contemporary touches and uncompromising service, this luxury boutique inn offers 100 impeccably appointed guest rooms, a world-class food and beverage program, including a fine dining restaurant, a pub, a secret prohibition bar, pool bar, and a locals bar & lounge along with Banquet & Catering and In Suite Dining.
As this is an Executive Chef role we're looking to fill, you should already understand the level of excellence needed for success and you have been demonstrating that skill elsewhere as an Executive Chef. You must have a proven track record of exceeding diner's expectations while maintaining stellar COGs and labor cost.
You will be responsible for managing a large team of BOH employees across the multiple concepts; seasonal and daily menu creation; running clean and efficient environments; and keeping food and labor costs in line We are looking for someone who can grow with us and build a solid team around. Local sourcing and a commitment to building relationships with local producers is very important. The best candidates are humble and hardworking.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Director of Food & Beverage to take the lead for the Bars, Restaurants, Banquets & Catering and much more across this stunning property. We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, is highly organized and has exceptional financial acumen with a proven ability to lead and develop the F&B Management and teams.
As the Head of F&B, you will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operation across all outlets and banquets & catering, embracing responsibility for marketing , beverage menu , collaboration with the Executive Chef on food menus, brand standards development and exceptional quality throughout.
Ideally you will come from a similar role within a Luxury Boutique Hotel Group with proven results in leading and improving the department. The ideal candidate will be passionate about service culture and delivering outstanding customer service. They will be driven by the pride in succeeding and the guest experience. Strong understanding of hotel F&B operational controls, budgeting, payroll and forecasting. Must possess excellent organizational skills, strong leadership and people management skills.

Experienced in developing trendy restaurant and bar outlets within the high-end / fine dining category is essential

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
